Our technical roles focus on delivering impact through our programmes, and are typically focused on a single project with an associate contract.

Our Change Management experts are highly experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the financial services industry. They specialise in developing and implementing effective strategies to help our clients navigate complex organisational changes, such as mergers, acquisitions, and system implementations. With their extensive knowledge and proven track record, our Change Management team is dedicated to ensuring successful and seamless transitions for our clients.
Assistant managers are high-calibre junior team members who make a meaningful contribution to our work across the company. Many of our assistant managers join through our Professional Development Scheme which is structured to develop a range of skills and provide exposure to various work areas in order to prepare participants for a successful and rewarding career with us.
